You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item should be in its original condition and packaging.
To begin a return, email us at orders@core-care.store with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will respond with return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund.
